Focused on Strong, Reliable Cybersecurity Support
We exist to give businesses the confidence that their systems are protected, monitored, and supported by a team committed to strong security and fast, consistent help.
How ACNS Got Here
Anderson Computer Network began in 2001 in Dahlonega, Georgia, led by Joey Anderson. The company grew around a practical idea: small and midsize businesses, organizations, and government agencies deserve IT help that is reachable, plain-spoken, and accountable.
Many clients come to us after dealing with the same frustrating patterns: calls that disappear into voicemail, recurring issues that never get fully fixed, surprise bills when something breaks, and vendors pointing fingers instead of taking responsibility. Those frustrations shaped the way ACNS works today.
We support Georgia businesses and local government organizations that depend on computers, networks, internet access, email, phones, backups, and line-of-business software every day. Our role is to help clients reduce interruptions, plan smarter upgrades, and get clear answers without unnecessary technical noise.
ACNS is connected to the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County business community, listed with ACCG / Advancing Georgia’s Counties, a member of the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA), and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). More importantly, the company has built its reputation through long-term relationships, practical guidance, and support that respects how much downtime can cost a working organization.

The Principles Behind Our Work

Answer Plainly
Clients should not need a technical background to understand what is happening. We explain problems, options, and next steps in language that helps business leaders make practical decisions.

Take Responsibility
Good IT support should not leave clients stuck between vendors, equipment, and unanswered tickets. ACNS helps coordinate the moving parts so clients have a clearer path to resolution.

Plan Before Problems Grow
Reactive support is expensive and disruptive. Through monitoring, maintenance, and technology planning, we help clients address risks before small issues become larger interruptions.

Build Relationships That Last
Many organizations want an IT team that understands their environment, their people, and their daily pressures. Our work is shaped by long-term service, local accountability, and a commitment to being useful beyond the immediate ticket.
What Our Clients Are Saying About Our Services:
If Your IT Support Should Feel More Accountable, Let’s Talk.
Start with a practical conversation about what is working, what is frustrating, and where your technology needs better support. We will help you understand the next step without turning the conversation into a high-pressure pitch.
