The word ‘Hacker’ has come to mean somebody who invades someone else’s computer system, usually with malicious intent. The original meaning as described by Steven Levy in “Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution” of 1984 described hackers as someone who hacked an existing software program to make it more efficient or to add more features.
